General Membership Meetings

A quorum at a General Membership Meeting will consist of a minimum of 10 members in good standing. The Executive Board may determine that the gravity of the item(s) being voted upon require more membership involvement than there are members present at the meeting. In such circumstances, the officers of the Executive Board may postpone the vote to the next General Meeting or call a Special Meeting.
